Blanca City is Sun Group’s 96.7-hectare beachfront city on Bai Sau, Vung Tau. The main product now selling is the Beachtro tower (E6–E9) — 1,785 freehold apartments, kicked off on 30 July 2026, with handover expected in August 2028. The figures below are reference prices as at kick-off (pre-VAT) from the developer’s training material; the exact price of each unit changes with every sales release.

How much discount is there for paying early?
An early one-off payment can reduce the unit value by more than 10% under the policy applied at kick-off. The exact discount changes with each sales release — ask for the policy currently in force before deciding.
How much is the booking deposit for Beachtro?
The booking amount at kick-off was VND 50 million per unit. Sale and purchase agreements began in August 2026, with handover expected in August 2028.
Do the prices include VAT and the maintenance fee?
No. The figures above are pre-VAT. When you receive the official price list, check carefully: pre-tax price, VAT, the 2% maintenance fee, and any incentives or discounts attached.
Can foreigners buy at Blanca City?
