The Bai Sau beachfront
The project faces the Thuy Van beach arc directly — Vung Tau’s busiest central beach. Tam Thang square was inaugurated on 2 September 2025 after 75 days of construction and drew 24,000 visitors on opening day.
This is virtually the last beachfront land bank in inner Vung Tau: few projects combine 1 km of coastline with a position inside an established urban core.
