Beachtro at a glance
Beachtro comprises four towers — E6, E7, E8 and E9 — of 34–40 floors with the tropical “5 Golden Hours” concept, presented by the developer as the project’s last freehold apartment tower. Bookings opened at the kick-off on 30 July 2026, a launch event was held in Ho Chi Minh City on 26 September 2026 and unit allocation began on 28 September 2026.
Apartments look out in four directions: Sun World & Bai Sau beach, the inner city & Bai Truoc, Beacon tower and the Paradise golf course.

What is DyHome?
It is the creative handover standard for E7, E8 and E9: owners receive the unit and design the interior themselves, rather than receiving a fully finished unit as in E6.
When can I move into Beachtro?
Handover is expected in August 2028. Under “Sun Early Key”, buyers can move in once 70% is paid. The SPA signing date has not been announced.
